I maintain a general individual adult clinical practice. However, I specialize in working with men who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors and sexual addictions. My approach to treatment is collaborative and highly practical. During therapy sessions, I am generally focused on the present, helping my clients develop effective strategies that enable them to avoid sexually addictive behaviors that are destructive to themselves and their families. I strongly encourage my clients to participate in local 12 steps support groups.
In addition to psychotherapy with adults, I provide a range of psychological evaluation services. These include diagnostic assessments as well as psychoeducational testing for students who are experiencing difficulty reading or learning, show signs of an attention deficit or behavior problem, or simply don't appear to be working up to their potential for unknown reasons.
