In my practice, I provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individual adults and adolescents, couples, families, and groups. I have worked with a wide range of issues, from personal exploration and growth to more serious difficulties. I specialize in working with people who have experienced abuse or trauma, and I also work with depression and anxiety, eating concerns, post-traumatic stress, parenting, pregnancy loss, addictions, and other issues. I work within the frame of a respectful, collaborative relationship that emphasizes the client's strengths and potential to heal and grow. I support a client's understanding of needs, patterns, and choices in the context of a both the present and past, and with that understanding, together we identify goals for growth and change that result in a greater sense of choice and empowerment.
