I provide therapy to men who struggle with a variety of compulsive sexual behaviors and sex addictions. My approach to treatment is collaborative and highly practical. During therapy sessions, I am generally focused on the present, helping my clients develop effective strategies that enable them to avoid sexually addictive behaviors that are destructive to themselves and their families. I strongly encourage my clients to participate in local 12 steps support groups.
In addition to treating sex addictions, I provide a broad range of clinical services. These include psychoeducational assessments as well as treatment for anxiety, depresssion, trauma, and substance abuse.
